Something I’ve been seeing a lot of lately and LOVING is a cropped, cuffed or rolled pant that shows off a fun sock! Here in Seattle it’s always great to see a pop of color!

Good grief, it is beautiful outside! I’m very stoked, because I am *loving* the ethereal beauty of the current Spring trends! Natural fibers are everywhere – wood grains, tweeds, metals, linens & suedes. I’ve been dreaming of maxi length skirts, sheer & gauzy layered materials, and straw sunhats – all perfectly paired with platforms & wedges.

Enter shoe crush #1: These new platform wedges, handmade in Spain by Wonders (H-9606, $195). Beautiful natural wood grain, braided tweed trim, golden brown suede, and draping ruffles down the front. Effortlessly chic, begging to be worn with florals & sheer, drapey materials.

Meet shoe crush #2: This espadrille platform wedge by Seychelles (Memories of You, $90). Woven natural wedge, with tan linen upper. Would be *incredible* paired with this season’s “it” colors – mint green or coral, anyone?

And then there is jewelry…. Check out these fresh new pieces from Foxy. Flowers, feathers & leaves, in an array of gold, sterling & bronze. Coral stones add a pop of color. Layers of chains, with a mix of contrasting metals. Swoon!

Leave it to Seattle to have the craziest, coolest event around. Now through APRIL 1st is the Beard & Stache Festival with events happening all over the city! Okay, I am a total wimp when it comes to winter. I don’t like to be cold and socks are my friends.
